Concepts
Terms for company records, identity, approvals, evidence and the proposed agentic architecture.
Module
A specialised application sold as one product. Every feature in the module is in the module; packaging does not create feature tiers inside it.
Agent
Planned non-human workforce identity configured for a specific business role. It receives only the tools, records, budget and autonomy level needed for that role; it is never an AI super-user.
Tool
In the agentic roadmap, a narrow, typed business action exposed from an authoritative module service. Tools validate inputs, enforce permissions and return structured evidence; agents do not receive unrestricted database or shell access.
Approval and autonomy
Under the proposed agent policy, some actions may run automatically, some require prior approval and others remain human-only. Autonomy can increase workflow by workflow after the agent earns trust through measured results.
Run evidence
In the target architecture, a durable record of the agent goal, granted context, tool calls, approvals, cost, outputs and verified business results.
Band and metric
A band is a fixed step price with a published ceiling. A module counts users, employees or devices. Crossing the ceiling blocks the increase and explains the next band; it never creates a silent overage.
Entitlement projection
The control plane builds a versioned, checksummed payload from the subscription and applies it transactionally to the tenant database. A reconciler repairs drift.
Grace mode
Payment failure does not black out a running business. During grace, reads, reports and exports continue while writes are blocked by one shared entitlement.
