The architecture supports regional placement and database-per-customer isolation. The implemented trial lifecycle publishes grace, suspension and logical closure; physical reclamation remains an operations release gate.
Residency
Signup shows only regions currently enabled by the live commercial and placement configuration. The tenant database is bound to the selected region.

Retention and deletion
A trial enters read-only grace after day 14, suspends on day 22 and closes logically on day 45. Physical database reclamation and paid self-service cancellation remain later release gates.

The source bundle does not contain final counsel-approved legal documents. These release-gated pages identify exactly what must be supplied rather than inventing contractual language.
