Retention and deletion
The implemented trial clock defines when writes stop, when the workspace suspends and when the tenant closes logically. Physical database reclamation remains an operations/retention release gate.
Trial clock
The trial runs for 14 days in a real workspace. Days 15–21 are read-only grace: reads, reports and authenticated exports remain available while writes are blocked. Day 22 suspends the workspace. Day 45 closes the tenant logically. The current lifecycle does not physically delete the tenant database; reclamation belongs to the later approved operations and retention process.
| Day 0 | Workspace provisioned; full suite, band A |
|---|---|
| Days 11 and 13 | Conversion prompts |
| Days 15–21 | Read-only grace and export |
| Day 22 | Suspended |
| Day 45 | Logically closed; physical reclamation is a later operations gate |
Paid cancellation
When B4 self-service billing is enabled, customer cancellation is scheduled for the current paid period end and access continues through that period. Resume can undo a pending cancellation before period end. Physical tenant-database reclamation and dedicated offboarding remain the later approved B5 operations/retention process.
Administrator export
During trial grace, the existing authenticated report and export routes remain available while ordinary writes are blocked. A dedicated offboarding export bundle and physical reclamation workflow remain later operations scope.
