Contracting entities
The price book determines the contracting entity, currency, tax treatment and invoice format.
Price book and entity
The entity is selected from verified billing-country and tax identity, never visitor IP. Final registered details must be inserted into the counsel-approved documents before launch.

Tax and invoicing
Tax is resolved server-side from the customer billing identity and the active price book. The portal displays the selected entity but does not calculate legal tax treatment in the browser.
