Making requests

Use the versioned base path, send JSON, keep an idempotency key for retryable writes and retain the request id from every response.

Base URL and versions

Public examples use https://api.gobito.one/v1. The deployed Spring routes currently carry /api/v1; the edge gateway owns the external /v1 mapping.

Idempotent writes

For operations that may be retried, generate one stable key per user intent and send it again with the replay. Never generate a new key inside the retry loop.

Pagination and filtering

Collection endpoints use opaque cursors. Treat the cursor as a token, not a value to parse or construct.
