How Gobito One works

Gobito connects real company applications and shared services today, while a governed AI workforce is a separately identified development roadmap.

Three planes, one company lifecycle

The portal introduces the operating model and creates a verified signup lead. The control plane owns customer, subscription and lifecycle truth. The tenant plane owns business data, live usage and the identities, permissions and evidence used by people. The proposed agent runtime will operate within those boundaries.

  • Portal: acquisition and billing-session user experience
  • Control plane: customer, subscription, price book and lifecycle
  • Tenant plane: company data, human identities and workflow evidence; agent runtime planned

One real workspace for the company

A verified signup provisions a real tenant on its own database. Customer, project, finance, people and security records share one company context; people and integrations work against the same authoritative records.

Roadmap: Each agent will have its own identity, role, tools, record scope, budget and approval policy. This is not a generally available runtime yet.

Governance and commercial limits are enforceable

Module bands become enforceable entitlements. Agent permissions and approvals become enforceable execution policy. Both are checked before work runs, and the resulting evidence stays with the company record.
